Some Notes on Being Healthy

Eat Food.
Vegetables, Fruits, Whole Grains, Fish, Lean Meat, Nuts
No: Diet Soda & Artificial Sweeteners (6.4 mo); Coffee (4.2 mo)
Abstain: Added sugar and processed foods
Not Too Much.
No binging
Three meals, no snacks
Mostly Plants.
Vegetables whenever available
Fruit instead of processed foods
Weights: Press (chest, shoulder), Pull (back), Deadlift, Squat, Plank
